Some reminders for test days:

*Students need to bring their fully charged chrome book, charger, and any snacks, food, or drinks that they want for the day
*Students should get a good night's rest before the exam
*We will not release ANY students early on STAAR/EOC test days. ALL STUDENTS will be released at 4:05 pm. Please reschedule any appointments.
*The campus will be closed to all visitors on STAAR/EOC test days.

Good morning, Stallions! Here are some upcoming events at Morris Middle School to add to your calendar:

*Tomorrow (Feb 24) through Friday (Feb 27) we will be TELPAS testing. We will not be able to release students while the campus is testing. Please note: this state exam measures language proficiency and is not administered to all students.
*Benchmark testing for ALL 8th grade students will be Tues. Mar 3 (Science) and Thurs. Mar 5 (Social Studies). We will not be able to release students while the campus is testing.
*Benchmark testing for ALL students will be Tues. Mar 10 (Math). We will not be able to release students while the campus is testing.
*Open House is Tues. Mar 3 from 5:30 - 7pm
*Early student release Fri. March 13 at 1 pm

Good morning, Stallions! This morning we welcome the McHi Boys Soccer team as they join us for Fist Bump Friday. We are excited to cheer on the Bulldogs this year. We especially love seeing our Stallions come back to represent their Bulldog pride!

Don't forget -- it's an early release day. Pick up your Stallion at 1 pm. No school on Monday! We'll see our students again on Tuesday, Feb 17.

Good morning, Stallions! 8th grade parents - be sure your 8th graders have their choice cards today. The McHi counselors will be here all day to register our students for their 9th grade classes (through their math classes). If your student left their choice card at home, drop it off at the front office and we will get it to them.
